The Governor’s House

A beautiful 5 bedroom historical house built in 1913 for Roy and Ellen Ayers. Mr Ayers was the Governor of Montana from 1937-1941. It is in the historical district called the “Courthouse District”.
3 large bedrooms are upstairs with one bath and 2 bedrooms are on the main floor with 2 baths. The main floor has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, game room and office.
We have security cameras on the exterior of the house. They are disarmed when guests are there, unless we see there is an issue (sneaking a pet in, too many people, destructive behavior, etc).
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Fergus County Courthouse. A water park, laundry facilities and an arcade/games room are available. The holiday home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
