Viihtyisä 1. 5 kerroksinen kaksikerroksinen koti rakentaa vuonna 1910 sijaitsee lähellä kaikkia toivottuja mukavuuksia ja kävelyetäisyydellä juomia, ruokailu-ja aamiainen paikat. Runsaasti vihreää tilaa ja jalkakäytäviä tutkitaan. Olohuoneessa on hevosurheilun kauniisti viimeistelty puu lankattu lattiat mukava paksu matto ja viehättävä ahdistunut nahkasohva ja tuoli. Keittiössä on myös puulattiat lattiat ja viehättävä aamiaishuone. 2. kerroksessa ullakko, jossa makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat, on maalaismainen kanssa vaneri polyuretaani valmiin lattiat ja huonekalut vanhan maailman charmia. Tämä on loistava paikka ryhmälle, jossa on 4 tai vähemmän ihmisiä, jotka voivat seurustella urheilutapahtumien, hevosohjelmien tai urheilutapahtumien järjestämiseen tai tutustumalla kaikkiin Lexingtonin tarjoamiin lukuisiin hienoihin asioihin. Adorable!

To be honest, we used this spot as an overflow for guests during our annual 4th of July vacation with friends. My family stayed the first night but we wanted to stay here the whole week/weekend because it was so adorable! We came again at the end to check out and again thought it was just too cute! I especially loved the upstairs antique look. Thank you!

Stately neighborhood homes

Lovely home in secure neighborhood. No issues whatsoever. Hostess responded quickly to our needs. We were able to secure our bikes to the tree in the backyard. We stayed a full week so we were required to take out the trash to the curb. Taking out other people's trash (who only stayed a few days but left pizza boxes) should not have been our responsibility, though. Hostess was very friendly.

Clean, good off-street parking, quiet and safe location. But this is a one bedroom rental, not two as advertised. The single beds are located on the upstairs landing leading to the bedroom. Okay for a couple with two small children. Definitely not okay for two couples. Note that the bedroom is upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs.

Home away from home.

My husband and I plus our two dogs stayed here for 10 weeks. We were in between homes. This is a simple home. But it was clean and comfortable. It’s an older home. Some of the furniture is a little worn. Could use an overall redo. But all in all it was very welcoming and comfortable. The location of the house couldn’t be better. It was wonderful to get to know Lexington. Walking distance to at least a half a dozen restaurants. If you’re interested in visiting UK it’s just a stones throw away, I would definitely recommend this house if you’re interested in staying in downtown Lexington. It’s in an historical area surrounded by beautiful homes. Very walkable and safe. The stairs going upstairs are rather steep. So if you have mobility issues, this home may not be the best for you. It is a duplex. The other side is one story . Plenty of street parking plus you get a parking spot in the back of the house. We will miss this little house.

Cozy get away

This was perfect size for us— we felt very welcomed. It had everything we needed although we never found the dishwasher, although the instructions on how to use it in the thorough welcome book were clear. If you’ll have us back, we look forward to a return visit.

Lovely home away from home

The house is adorable. The furnishings are super comfortable and very well kept, lovely art and decor. The little yard was a perfect spot for an afternoon read and relaxing. The neighborhood is also beautiful. Lovely big ol Kentucky homes along a tree lined street that felt very safe, at all hours. It was a wonderful stay and I recommend it to everyone.

Convenient Location

Small and quaint location. AC upstairs was not enough for the summer KY heat. 2 Bedrooms more appropriate description is one bedroom and a loft. Stairs are pretty steep and wood, so it would be advisable to bring a crate or a way to keep dogs downstairs if your are traveling with them. Owner/property manager were very responsive to all inquiries.
