The staff was just kind and very nice , I just stayed for a quick night on the way across country . This hotel has seen some stuff but it was quiet and the suite room was decent . It's not nice but any means but I felt safe and the dogs enjoyed the room . If your looking for a hotel for a quick night this is your place no frills just a bed and a place to stay .

💯 customer satisfaction!! Start to finish….check-in staff was awesome (Trent was his name?), extreme cleanliness, updated contemporary furniture throughout the lobby/hotel. Rooms were comfortable, including beds, while also being pet-friendly for a low fee of $25. Check-out was a breeze with friendly staff and a warm breakfast buffet!! The staff was great. However, when we arrived to the hotel the parking lot was still covered in ice and there were no elevators! If you are disabled do not stay here because the only way to get to a room is if there is one on the first floor available or climbing up the stairs.
