Room was very clean although I could tell that room hadn't been used in awhile due to the steal air in the room, plus it was hot and I couldn't get the room to cool down. It 75 when we walked in and when we left it was only 73 and that was with the window open and air conditioning on.

The room was COLD and had numerous signs of wear. There was a crack above one of the windows that was fully exposed to the outside requiring maintenance to bolt on a metal strip to cover it. Air leaked in aggressively around all windows. We needed to keep the thermostat at 86 to battle the intruding cold air. There were wallpaper chips, flooring chips, extremely dated curtains, and a bumpy film in the bathtub that would not come up. The pool and hot tub were the ONLY redeeming qualities as they were warm and clean and SPACIOUS. We were also refused a luggage cart when we arrived and were forced to use bell-man services which we do not prefer. The evening desk staff were aloof but the morning desk attendant was extremely friendly. The restaurant was woefully understaffed so we left without using our paid breakfasts. This hotel may have had glory days in the 70s but it is badly in need of updating and maintenance now. Terrible value.

- Indoor pool & hot tub area - no place to change our clothes, no restroom. We had to pass through hotel main lobby to go to the restroom and change our clothes after pool time. - Even if breakfast was included in hotel reservation fee, we paid extra money for breakfast- no breaskfast buffet - a la carte limited option for breakfast. - SPA is very expensive. - Limited options / facilities in the hotel and around.

For a hotel that has such a flashy entrance, the rooms are extremely old and need to be updated. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, pillows as well. I could not wait to leave the hotel to get a better nights sleep. Found a roach in our room and we were on the second floor. Carpet and hard floors were not clean - had stuff all over them and clearly were not vacuumed. The shower door would not stay shut and kept sliding open due to its weight. Food at the resteraunt was ok but definitely would not go back. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel especially for the price you pay. I wanted to stay somewhere nice but this was far from nice.

Thw room smelled of sewer gas. I spoke to the front desk twice. The only improvement was opening the window ( November). We slept with the window open both nights.
