The property requires updates, and certain areas need more attention to safety and cleanliness. For instance, the spa entrance and the ramp leading to the pool can be slippery and pose a risk of falls. It’s important that these areas are consistently cleaned to prevent accidents. Additionally, the carpets in the hallways have a musty odor, which is unpleasant.
While some staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful, others seem more focused on financial matters than guest experience. Front desk staff, in particular, could be more welcoming; greetings like “good morning” or “good evening” were often overlooked. Many of the team members appear to be still in training, and resolving issues can be challenging without suggesting solutions yourself. This made the check-in process more stressful than expected. Very defensive way to treat travelers.
