TÀtÀ majoituspaikkaa hallinnoi majoitusyritys. Se tarjoaa majoitusta kaupankÀynti-, ammatinharjoittamis- tai liiketoimintatarkoituksissa.

SisÀÀnkirjautumisen yhteydessÀ saatetaan vaatia virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus sekÀ pankki- tai luottokortti tai kÀteisellÀ maksettava takuumaksu mahdollisten lisÀmaksujen varalta.
Erityispyyntöjen toteutuminen riippuu saatavuudesta sisÀÀnkirjautumishetkellÀ, ja niistÀ saatetaan veloittaa lisÀmaksuja. Erityispyyntöjen toteutumista ei voida taata.
