Pleasant, friendly staff. Rooms, beds, pillows and amenities were excellent. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Good quality & variety at breakfast. Location is great to walk to the centre 12-15 mins and to get to other areas of Lisbon. Would recommend and highly likely to stay again.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Exquisite and clean. The staff was cordial and friendly. the complimentary wine and custard tarts was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay on Portugal.
