Just back from a lovely stay in Lisbon. The property is in a great location for access to bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and comfortable. The only slight downside was the lack of a wardrobe, the open hanging space got in the way especially as the tea/coffee were in a cupboard opposite. Overall a lovely stay in a great city.

The hotel is in the middle of the Chiado area and is ultra-convenient to many interesting churches, museums, shops, restaurants, historical sites, etc. It is a well restored and updated building, with small but modern and well-appointed suites. The staff we encountered expressed interest in ensuring our comfort and convenience. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic apartment!

Lovely apartment right in the middle of Lisbon, all the furnishings and decor were really well done, location was superb with the metro / tram and bus all within a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend to anyone who was looking for a comfortable stay in Lisbon.

This property is very well maintained. The staff was very helpful and professional. The location was excellent; close to the Tram 28 departure point; within walking distance of most top attractions, and within walking distance of multiple dining options including GF friendly establishments. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

A lovely hotel I would recommend, it is located very central to everything and we ended up walking everywhere. Lots of entertainment and great dining. Staff are wonderful and are shipping my jewelry home that I left in the room 😳. It will be our place to stay when in Lisbon.

Great visit and site

This is directly in the heart of the city and it is within walking distance to everything in the Chiado area. Would def recommend as it was spacious, clean and centrally located. They do have a weird smell upon entry to lobby but that was only a problem upon entering building. Otherwise would 100% recommend this place.

This hotel is so nice, sometimes the photos are deceiving but my room was so clean and charming. It rained my entire stay and I was so happy I booked this room since I spent a little more time inside than I planned. There are mini markets all over and the kitchenette in my room was perfect. All the staff are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to Lisbon.

Property was nice, clean and conveniently located. Staff were helpful and had some great suggestions. Bar on the corner was was very loud making a good nights rest difficult. Booked taxi to airport was 10 minutes late, but that was not the fault of the staff or hotel. No contact number for after hours if there was an issue.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and very willing to answer questions about the hotel and the room but also about Lisbon and the surrounding area. The hotel is well located in close proximity to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Boutique Chiado and will stay there on our next trip to Lisbon.

Beautiful little hotel with character. We had a terrific experience at Boutique Chiado: wonderful and helpful staff, a charming and well equipped suite, lots of restaurants nearby and good access to the subway system. We would make a point of staying there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Chiado Suites! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, allowing easy access to shops and attractions. The suite was stylishly designed, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I especially enjoyed the unique decor and the cozy atmosphere. Overall, Boutique Chiado Suites exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Lisbon!
