Modern and stylish two bedroom duplex in Penha de França. Air conditioning, wifi and cable TV. Accomodates a maximum of 5 people.



Fantastic duplex situated in Penha de França in the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. The apartment was totaly renovated. In the entrance floor there is a living room with seating area, a TV and a table with chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The open kitchen is modern and has everything you can ask for. Oven, stove, fridge freezer full size, microwave, dish washer, washing machine etc. It has also one bathroom with a shower cabin. There is air conditioning on this floor. In the upper floor you have two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a single or double bed. Both bedrooms have roof windows and airconditioning. There is another bathroom with a shower.

Buses are available at a few meters, lines 706, 735 and 797 and the closest metro station (Arroios - Praça do Chile) is at walking distance.

The design, decoration and materials make this a unique apartment for you to enjoy your Lisbon discovery.



Please note that renovation works will be carried out on one of the building's apartment, starting on October 2023, with an expected duration of 5 months. Some noise may occur.

Great space in what seemed to be a family neighborhood. Quiet at night with some good food in the area. Not a tourist area, which is what I like. Tourist area is about a 35 minute walk or you can take an Uber or taxi if you prefer. Spent the majority of the time out and about so did not use the kitchen; however, it seemed adequately stocked with utensils, et al. If I go back, I would look to stay here again.

Nice place; good location

This is one of several properties managed by the same company. There were also a few rules about washing dishes and emptying garbage that surprised us. Great communication throughout the stay. Laura was very responsive and helpful. The location was about a 10 min walk to the subway. The apartment is pleasant and comfortable but not luxurious. There are a few unusual features like a lock that has no turn knob but an old fashioned key, which was both quaint and unfamiliar. The neighbor has not gentrified so it is a sense of “real” Lisbon. Lots of small stores in the area.

Lovely apartment. 3 flights upstairs. Bathroom shower was nice but the sinks are small. Great kitchen and living area. Stairs to the bedrooms have no railing.

Lots of stairs. Don’t carry a big suitcase unless you are strong & mighty. 😀 Wonderful local restaurant and easy bus ride on 735. Grocery store 2 minute walk.

Restful and peaceful flat

Downstairs is great. The stairs to the other floor work well but care is needed not to bang you head. The flat was spotless and was warm wheb we turned the a/c on. Great supermarket around the corner. I ternet worked well

A Lisbon Delight

this is an amazing apartment! the kitchen is terrific! (My son, a chef, needed more small pots and plastic containers but then most dont cook on vacation!) However, for a very active 84 yr old and a 63 yr old son recovering from a knee replacement, it was difficult to manage a staircase up to the bedrooms without any railing for support - a rail on the opposite wall would be unseen and helpful. I would not want my grandchildren to use the staircase for fear of falling! (Yes, I am aware Europe doesnt have ADA requirements!) We were also unfortunate in heavy rains and colder than usual days that require an abundance of heat in the apartment. there were ample units but the three of us could never get the main units to produce enough to keep us comfortable - an instruction guide would have been helpful. the location was great - bus lines very close. and, ample groceries in large and small stores. As long as I can handle the stairs up to the 2nd level - I would stay here again!

Schöne Fewo in Lissabon

Sehr schöne und komfortabel ausgestattete Fewo, die genau der Beschreibung im Internetportal entspricht, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Check In gestalteten sich problemlos. Die Wohnung liegt gut 10 Minuten von der nächsten U Bahnstation entfernt und somit sind die anderen Ziele Lissabons gut zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is beautiful, well equipped, and convenient for two people working from home like us. There's good commerce on Morais Soares Street, and nice options for coffee at Paiva Couceiro Square. Laura, our cohost, was very responsive to our requests. If you don't mind staying outside the touristic neighborhoods, this is a very good option of accommodation.

Magnifique appartement

Vraiment bel appartement bien décoré et très propre. Situé dans un quartier tranquille a distance de marche de la station de métro même si nous avons principalement utilisé le taxi UBER à environ 3 ou 4 euro pour aller au centre ville.
