Everything about this cute quaint little hotel was perfect. It's brand new and it shows. Very clean and modern and the staff was amazing. The little bar and restaurant in the lobby were a wonderful touch. It's right in the middle of the Baixa area.

If you’re traveling to Lisbon in winter and want to stay in Alfama, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. We stayed in a 5-star Airbnb for the first half of our trip and it was honestly miserable (no fault of the host). Most buildings are very old, and heating is minimal—if you’re used to U.S. heating systems, it can be really hard to adjust. It’s also very common that you can’t run more than one appliance at a time. We spent the second half of our stay at this hotel, and what a difference. We finally slept in a warm room. Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but for two people we were perfectly comfortable. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of everything. Alane at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which truly made all the difference. Thank you Alane
