The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful, especially Georges who spent twenty minutes giving us dining and sight seeing tips. He was extremely helpful and pointed us to terrific meal options. Breakfast was terrific and complimentary wine during our stay was appreciated. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

This place was perfect for our time in Lisbon. Sara, Jorge, and John made our stay even better with excellent conversations and complimentary wine at any time. The hotel itself is very clean and secure. It’s very centrally located and the property keeps a list of places to dine out on display that are staff recommendations based on their own dining experiences. Transit lines are close by making travel by bus or train a breeze. Will definitely stay here the next time I come back to Lisbon.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations. 24 hour front desk with super friendly staff - Sarah was so great as were others throughout our stay. Freshly made breakfast each morning and access to an espresso machine at any hour…couldn’t ask for more! Will absolutely be back.

The customer service and attention to detail are truly amazing! We were offered a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and Jorge took his time to go through showing us places to visit and eat. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel, we could help ourself to coffees from the machine and cakes in the afternoon. They even gave us fresh milk so we could have a cuppa tea, best hotel we have ever stayed in, hoping to return again.

Immaculate hotel with excellent service

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Twin room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, plenty of room so sit and move about. Staff were brilliant, especially on reception. Breakfast had plenty of choice and food was good quality. For such a central location, the rooms were very quiet without much road noise. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely break

When we arrived outside the hotel I looked at my wife and said "what the hell have I done". After the initial out look of graffiti everywhere, we got inside and what a hidden gem. I could not fault this hotel it's just a shame it's located in what looks like a ghetto. Staff were fantastic, super clean hotel and very comfortable. I was a little unsure of walking out at night but it's pretty safe. Try not to let this put you off as it is a gem.

Perfect small hotel. Friendly, helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic staff. Great breakfasts in a relaxing atmosphere in the lounge/lobby space. Location couldn't be better for exploring old Lisbon. Our room was super comfortable, Heavy glass insulated windows kept it quiet. So many good restaurants close by.

*오픈 한지 얼마 안된 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔-신혼여행으로 최고!* 오픈 한지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 시설이 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 발코니 있는 방에서 묵었는데 뷰가 정말 이쁘고 방도 꽤 넓어서 쾌적하게 잘 지내다 갑니다. 건물 복도 및 침구류에서 좋은 냄새가 나서 호텔 들어올때마다 지친 심신이 힐링 되었네요. 스텝들도 다들 친절하고 프로페셔널 합니다. 아침 식사도 포함되어 있어서 늘 배 든든하게 채운 후 여행하였네요. 한가지 아쉬운거는 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 올라옵니다. 포르투갈 시내군데군데에서 하수구 냄새가 종종 나서 뭐 낙후된 도시 및 건물 배수관의 문제인거 같아 크게 개의치는 않았습니다만 예민하신 분들은 참고하세요.

The loft Room was beyond my expectations. My luckily room was available very early. Everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was a treat and they were even able to make accomodation for an early breakfast for me due to my early flight. Staff were very friendly as well. Central to everything you want in Lisbon. Incredible. Can’t wait to stay again in the future.
