It was a good location. Room had small problems. Blow dryer was broken. Had to borrow one each day n return it after use None of their blow dryers in the rooms worked. Bathroom could use some refresh. Breakfast was great. Big buffet.

This hotel is well located in an area of Lisbon with high end shopping and restaurants. I stayed one night before flying home and the hotel served its purpose. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I received a voucher for a free drink upon arrival which was a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet was ok. My only comment for improvement is that the hotel needs an update, the facilities and furnishings are dated. However for the price I paid in such an upscale area, that is to be expected.

Super tiny bathroom/shower

Pictures of the bathroom/shower are misleading on the site. If I knew I would not book this hotel. The bathroom/shower were tiny not bigger than in an airplane. Also, due for renovation.

Good hotel

Re reasonable sized room which was a nice even temperature, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was strong.
