It has a spacious living room with a dining table, high ceilings and lots of light, 2 very comfortable bedrooms with a wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and luxury finishes throughout the apartment. Private parking for 2 vehicles.



Access to the main public transportation, namely the metro and the famous yellow tram with direct connection to the historic area of the city and the train stations of the Estoril and Sintra lines.

Lovely apartment

I rented this apartment during 23 days. The apartment provided everything that was promised on the ad. The building and apartment are new and tastefully decorated. It is very centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping mall and convenience stores. The management team was not used to long-term rentals but tried their very best to accommodate all our needs. We would definitely return.

Overall a good experience.

The building is very new and feels solidly constructed, with a modern elevator, secured entrance, etc. All appliances in the unit worked well, the beds were nice, and the furniture is obviously quite new. Miguel was very kind to let us check in a bit early as we arrived early and the unit happened to be ready for us. A previous guest broke the French press coffee maker and Miguel sent someone over the same day with a large box of Delta coffee machine pods to use with the Delta espresso machine so we’d have plenty of coffee in the apartment. Miguel was very quick to reply to messages and friendly. Overall a good experience. NA

Lovely Clean Apartment Good Location

We were 2 couples in our 60s. The apartment looked new and very clean. It was spacious enough for the four of us. The bedrooms were a decent size with enough storage. The main reasons i did not it 5 stars were the parking and the second bath. The parking garage is almost unacceptable. Parking a larger vehicle is practically impossible. It took us about 20 minutes to get the van parked with help ftom manager. The listing needs to say anything bigger than a very small car does not fit. Also the second bath was unreasonably small. I am a tiny person and barely fit in the shower. A large person wont fit. Also the hot water was sporatic. One day not at all. We had a nice stay despite the issues.

Perfect Stay!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! There are some pros and cons but overall we had an excellent experience. Pros: Beautiful apartment- perfect for 1-4 people in a great location. There is a cafe and bakery right across the street, a pharmacy across the other street, a restaurant diagonally across the street and many local restaurants and mini markets very close by. It’s within walking distance to many tourist spots in Lisbon. Overall it’s in a very convenient location. Cons: The street this apartment is on is very busy with both vehicle and foot traffic. There are tons of loud motorcycles going by. The air conditioning units in the apartment did not work the entire week we were there and it was hot at night so sleeping was difficult. You couldn’t leave the windows open due to the traffic noise. Also, there are no paper towels or extra paper products so you’ll have to buy your own. Not that big of a deal, but it would be nice if they were provided. Also, only one key was provided so we had to do everything as a group or make specific arrangements to meet back up. I would definitely stay here again but maybe not during the hottest summer months. The host was very responsive when we had questions and the check-in process was easy.

I'll absolutely stay again

Really great experience. It was our third experience in Lisbon, and the first at Campo de Ourique region. I can say it was the best. Wonderful neighborhood if you are looking for how a glimpse of Portuguese lifestyle. The apartment is simply perfect. Very well furbished and located. There lot's of markets, restaurants and small stores and the place is in walking distance from Chiado Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Rato and Amoreiras. I'll absolutely stay again in the future. Mais uma vez, agrademos à toda equipa (MIguel, Maria etc.). O apartamento é impecável, não havendo absolutamente nada de errado. Além dele, cabe destacar a comunicação de vocês que é a melhor que já tivemos até o momento. Enquanto locador, esse é um ponto essencial para nós, uma vez que não conhecemos a dinâmica do sitio, do bairro etc. E vocês sabem se colocar próximos e disponíveis na medida certa. Parabéns!

Adoramos o apartamento, que fica localizado em um bairro incrível de Lisboa, com ótimo comércio e restaurantes, estando walking distance do Shopping Amoreiras e do Parque da Estrela. O Miguel é super proativo e sempre está disponível. O apartamento é excelente, corresponde as fotos, e as duas vagas de garagem são muito boas. Uma raridade em Lisboa. Aliás, o prédio é novo e tem infraestrutura super moderna. Recomendamos fortemente esse apartamento aos usuários do Airbnb. Miguel, adoramos a nossa estadia no seu apartamento. Você está de parabéns. Como única sugestão, achamos que deve dar um up na roupa de cama, mesa e banho. Abraços.

Beautiful modern apartment

This was a great, very recently renovated apartment with nice, contemporary furnishings. It was a comfortable stay for a few nights with my wife and our two small children. The availability of a pack-n-play and high chair for the baby was very much appreciated. The apartment was very minimal in terms of supplied items though, with just one disposable tube of shampoo offered per guest, so just be aware (e.g., there were seemingly brand-new, empty soap dispenser in each bathroom—we had to purchase our own soap to wash hands). Also, the hot-water temperate is set very low (and locked to prevent raising it), so if you'd like to enjoy the jacuzzi tub, you'll be doing it with barely hot water. The communication with the host—a management company—was fine, albeit impersonal. Overall, it was a good stay in a good area, and we would return again.
