2 false alarms in 3 days, absolutely ridiculous. There needs to be better planned protocols to assist, aged and person with disabilities at these times, to walk down the stairs. I had to walk down 14 flights, only to learn that they were false alarms

The staff was very nice and helpful. Only one person was a bit rude the hostess at breakfast but I ignored her and everyone else was amazing . The hotel was clean and modern . The beds and pillows super comfortable .
