This stylishly designed 80m² apartment is ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and has no elevator.

The living room is a lovely space filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambience. It features a homely, comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city and a TV.

The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The apartment includes three furnished bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and hangers for your clothes. In one of the bedrooms, the bed can be turned into two single beds, but you must order the linen in advance. Hotel-quality sheets are provided for maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

To ensure a pleasant experience, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is in a prime location for exploring the city. Just a short distance away are two popular attractions, Castelo de São Jorge and the Santa Justa Lift, offering visitors a taste of Lisbon's rich history and stunning views. In addition, there are plenty of dining options nearby, including the iconic Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa and the renowned Clube de Fado for a taste of traditional Portuguese music and cuisine. Whether you're looking to sightsee, dine, or simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Lisbon, this address is the perfect starting point for your adventures.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to both Rossio and Martim Moniz stations, taking just 10 and 12 minutes respectively.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
