This delightful two-storey 80 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. Please be mindful that guests must climb stairs to reach the house.

As you step onto the ground floor, you’re welcomed by a cosy sitting area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a TV show after a day of exploring the city.

The kitchen has a warm, inviting atmosphere, ideal for socializing and sharing meals together. It’s fully equipped with cookware and utensils, plus a washing machine and dishwasher for extra convenience.

This floor also features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The shared bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious third room with a queen-sized bed, a generous walk-in closet, a cosy annexe for extra storage, and its own private bathroom.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Ajuda, a charming neighbourhood in Lisbon, offers a rich history and local culture, making it a great spot for those looking to explore beyond the typical tourist areas. Known for its royal heritage, it’s home to the stunning Ajuda National Palace, which once served as the residence of the Portuguese monarchy. The area also boasts lovely gardens, such as the Ajuda Botanical Garden, where visitors can enjoy beautiful city views while strolling through lush greenery.

In addition to its historical sites, Ajuda has a relaxed, authentic vibe with narrow streets lined by traditional buildings and local cafés. It’s a perfect place to experience Lisbon at a slower pace, away from downtown crowds.

The neighborhood’s proximity to the Belém district, with its iconic monuments and delicious pastéis de nata, makes it an excellent base for exploring more of the city’s cultural gems.

The Jerónimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is nearby for history enthusiasts, showcasing stunning Manueline architecture and the Belém Tower offers beautiful views of the Tagus River and a rich maritime history. The peaceful riverfront is perfect for a stroll, with great restaurants and cafés along the way.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Boa Hora (lines 76B, 203, 732, 742, and 760), is just 170 meters away. Belém train station is 1.1 km distance.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
