Shower is falling apart. Stains in the tub. Asked twice to clean and maintenance guy came in took picture and left. Big broken window of the balcony. Looks like a crime scene. Told them about it. They said they ordered the Window. Didn’t offer to change our room or upgrade us or give us a discount. Hotel first floor is under renovation but it needs major renovation. Staff are friendly. Location is ok

We like the lounge in lobby! Spacious and relaxing! Great breakfast! Bed is comfortable but pillows ( hard and soft) are not comfortable! Toilets should have a more professional/ proper hair dryer!

The property was in a great location. What I didn’t like is that the room temperature stayed at about 78 the entire week we were there. I find it difficult to sleep in a room that is warm so I got very little sleep.
