Good option, modern rooms of adequate size, good bed, nice bathroom, well located close to Corte Inglés shopping area. Delmina at reception desk is great! Very helpful with information, map, recommendations, etc and all with a nice positive attitude. Breakfast decent, would recommend

Very disappointed in the way this hotel dealt with my reservation. My husband was hospitalized with norovirus so we couldn’t make our reservation. They would not make an exception for a refund. In times of need, customers will always remember when a business exercised sympathy and courtesy. Unfortunately, this hotel showed it does not care for the well-being of its guests. I will advise my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs.
