Pros: High-quality furniture, appliances, bed sheets etc. Clothes washer and dryer in the room. Furniture includes 1 chair, 1 small table, and a very nice sofa. Also: full-size refrigerator, dresser, laptop-compatible safe. Room was quiet. No carpet. Breakfast was exceptionally good, but not free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our twin room was not large, but the size was adequate. Hotel was renovated in 2024. Cons: No luggage racks in the room. Not quite enough coat hangers, but they probably would have given us more if we had asked. Bathroom: Not enough countertop space. No place to put a razor in the shower. No telephone in the room. You can reach the front desk via WhatsApp only. They don’t check their email regularly. While the appliances are high quality, how to use them is not obvious. The staff are happy to explain them, but written instructions would be more convenient for busy guests. For example, the oven doubles as a microwave, which is not immediately apparent. The cook time is set by turning a dial, which you can turn only if your finger is slightly damp. The maximum temperature of the shower seems to be lukewarm, until you realize that there is a button under the faucet that you can press to allow much hotter water temperatures. In all, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and we would be pleased to stay here again.

I like having a kitchen so that I can prepare meals there if needed; several groceries stores close by. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to two good metro lines. Very safe area and very nice hotel amenities. Did not use the pool as it was cold, but enjoyed the gym. Would highly recommend this property

Really lovely hotel, communal areas felt inviting and clean and the room was well equipt and clean. All staff members were genuine, friendly and really helpful with anything we asked. Great cafe in the hotel reception from 7am - 5pm with tasty cakes and pastries, all very reasonably priced. Hotel is suitated a 2 mins walk from the metro station which takes you directly into town and is €1.85 a journey. Lots of nice cafes and restaurant's near by. We got a takeaway from Three Bamboo next door one night which was really good food. Only downfall is there wasn't anywhere that comfortable to chill out in the room - the sofa looked nice but wasn't practical to sit on for a few hours and just one chair with the table in a double room.

Wonderful property- everyone was super helpful. The property is excellent! All the details are taken care of. One if favourites was the shampoo and conditioner an amazing scent! My one tiny negative comment is that the coffee shop made the worst coffee that I’ve had in Portugal. Even worse than some places in Canada too!

I loved this property, even though we stayed for one night I would stay here again for more days. The aesthetic is a 10/10, the rooms 10/10. Having a kitchenette is very impportant for me. Was not hard to find, and the location is fine. It's not in the city like downtown, but it's near train stations. grocery stores, cafes etc. The room was very clean!! love the black trim in the bathroom.
