Property was great. The manager there wasn’t the nicest to us when we asked to price match our room. The staff other than that were great. The only thing is that they don’t do room service and you have to go down to the lobby to grab your own toiletries to refill. Gym is great though.

What a great hotel and experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered any question we had. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great view from our balcony. The restaurants on the property were all fantastic, the breakfast was also extremely delicious and had so many different things to eat and drink. The hotel is located in a prime area for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Me and my fiance will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and we will 100% be back the next time we visit Lisbon. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

Friendly staff, great onsite dining and loved the room amenities like washer/dryer. The hotel is also a great location near luxe shopping, nearby a metro station as well as the hop on hop off bus tour. Still walkable to popular neighborhoods but far enough away in peace & quiet as well.
