Aldeia de Bucelas is a magnificent wine and event estate next to Lisbon, in the quaint town of Bucelas. This large villa (500 sqm/5400 sqft.) accommodates up to 12 guests in six spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms and one powder room. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, living area with fireplace and piano, dining room with seating for 12, family room and library. The estate offers several terraces and outdoor spaces for al fresco dining and children\'s activities, a large, overflowing pool (not heated), and a garden fronting an inspiring view of vineyards and the valley below.

Located 25 km from Lisbon in the hamlet of Bucelas, the villa is situated in the only white DOC of Portugal and famously quoted by Shakespeare. The estate is located in a protected and remote area of exceptional biodiversity and amazing views, along the former main Roman road through Portugal. Produced at the estate are exceptional white, red and sparkling wines of \"terroir\"; awarded 90 to 92 points by Parker and James Suckling. The wines have a registered trademark \"MURTA, the wine of Shakespeare\". The estate boasts 27 hectares (67 acres) of landscaped vineyards on a hillside facing southeast, limestone cliffs, pine plantations, numerous fruit, oak and ornamental trees, a small river running along the property’s border, old ruins in the middle of the hills, a grand asphalt road entry, numerous paved yards, stone works, and peaceful garden areas. Services/activities upon request (at additional cost) include wine tasting, guided tours, introduction to viticulture and oenology, and purchasing of wines from the cellar of the property.

Inside, after the covered entrance, there is a large vestibule with an amazing view ontothe pool and valley.
- On the left of the vestibule there are 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with marble, including one suite with dressing and bathroom (direct access to the pool), on the side a large open playground for kids.
- On the right of the vestibule is a large living room with piano, television and chimney. Upstairs there is a library with chimney, on the side a dining room with chimney, on the back a large fully equipped kitchen (connected to the entrance), utility corridor and toilet for guest.

Guest bedrooms and living areas are well distributed with large corridors and direct access to terrasse and garden.

Along the front of villa there are several stone terraces and gardens on different floors including a large veranda with dining table made of massive oak (direct
access to the living room), a large overflowing swimming pool (unprotected for kids), beyond the pool an orchard and rest place with shade and old oak trees directly connected to the hillside vineyard and valley with great bio-diversity.
