Bien situé dans une ruelle pas trop passante ou bruyante. Par contre, appartement TRÈS mal insonorisé. Les voisins du dessus très audibles. Grandes portes/fenêtres dans la chambre mais sans rideaux…on a du installer des serviettes pour avoir un petit sentiment d’intimité. Aucun élément de bienvenue: pas d’eau, pas de capsule de café, même pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Serviettes de bain très usées et disparates. Le matelas est sans contre-dit en fin de vie.
