Most amazing location in old town Alfama. Very clean facility, excellent breakfast. Staff were awesome, from breakfast team to front of house. Joana was great in giving recommendations, we did not regret any. If you can, stay here for an authentic, old Lisbon experience. Love this hotel and the chain. Thank you for a most memorable experience.

This hotel was in the old part of Lisbon. Absolutely wonderful! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book! But it is very hilly to walk and the trolley is nearby. Very old charm - which is what Lisbon is all about for us! Highly recommend.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was quiet, clean, and safe. The staff were all very nice, especially Joana, the Guest Experience Manager who gave helpful recommendations for attractions and activities for the rest of our trip. The location is convenient - there is a restaurant right across from the hotel and others within close walking distance. It's important to note that only taxis can pick up/drop off right at the front of the hotel due to a private street, but it was not a huge issue. We unloaded our bags as far as the car could drop us off, and then the hotel staff helped us walk our bags to the front. When checking out of the hotel, we opted to arrange a taxi and it was able to pick us up right in front. Definitely would stay here again!

This hotel was a gem. Perfect location in the old city and super friendly and helpful staff. Joann made us reservations for diner and a Fada show which was just a wonderful evening. We were there for 5 days and thouroghly enjoyed our stay.

Totally blown away with the Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. From the Fizz on arrival to the departure transfer. And make sure you go the restaurants they recommend. We managed four and each one fabulous.
