This hotel was clean, modern and the attention to detail in the room was a nice surprise (such as a Welcome note, robes and slippers), along with a fridge with complimentary beverages and snacks. The Staff at the front desk literally met us at the door and helped with our suitcases, as well as gave us valuable information on restaurants and places to go. Great location for walking to places. Highly recommend!

Most amazing location in old town Alfama. Very clean facility, excellent breakfast. Staff were awesome, from breakfast team to front of house. Joana was great in giving recommendations, we did not regret any. If you can, stay here for an authentic, old Lisbon experience. Love this hotel and the chain. This hotel was in the old part of Lisbon. Absolutely wonderful! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book! But it is very hilly to walk and the trolley is nearby. Very old charm - which is what Lisbon is all about for us! Highly recommend.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was quiet, clean, and safe. The staff were all very nice, especially Joana, the Guest Experience Manager who gave helpful recommendations for attractions and activities for the rest of our trip. The location is convenient - there is a restaurant right across from the hotel and others within close walking distance. It's important to note that only taxis can pick up/drop off right at the front of the hotel due to a private street, but it was not a huge issue. We unloaded our bags as far as the car could drop us off, and then the hotel staff helped us walk our bags to the front. When checking out of the hotel, we opted to arrange a taxi and it was able to pick us up right in front. Definitely would stay here again!

This is our second visit to Vincci in Alfama and we enjoyed our visit again. The Staff is nice and helpful. The location is excelent for walking and sightseeing.
