Nice apartment

The owners of the apartment were very friendly and helpful, and the communication was very good. The apartment was also very clean and there were plenty of towels. This apartment is a very good location if you want to be central in Lisbon and travel both north and south. The 6.50 euro a day metro and bus card is great, and there are metro and bus stops nearby. It’s also a good location for craft beer bars and breakfast places. We recommend Gallas bar for beer and Savas for breakfast. The only issue we had was the shower is quite slow draining so you have to keep turning it off while showering, and the shower head falls off the wall mid shower if you turn it up too suddenly as the wall mount is quite wobbly.

Muito bom!

The stay was wonderful, we would have wished to be there longer. The place is a real oasis in the heart of Lisbon. It is well equipped and very clean. Lots of storage space. Good communication with José! I really recommend it!

Cozy flat in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much in this cozy little flat in Intendente. Around the corner from some great eating options and only a 20 minute walk into the heart of Lisbon. The kids found the bed very, very comfortable. The main bed is also comfortable, but maybe a touch small for the taller customer (I'm 203cm / 6'8"). All amenities were good, we didn't miss anything... and the shower is super powerful and hot... Hope your enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Great Pad in Lisbon

Apartment is very well appointed and was ideal for us (family of four) to spend four nights in Lisbon. Great outside space. Everything needed for cooking was available in compact kitchen. Location is great for access to metro and tram 28 and generally quiet. However, we had an unfortunate incident on the last night when our hire car was walked over and vandalised by a gang of louts. Sofia was helpful throughout our stay and in contacting the police about the incident. Be careful with the parking meters nearest to the apartment - they appear to work and take your money but don't issue tickets. The one at the top of the street does work. Tip- buy 24 hour ticket from Intendente metro for €6.90 for use on metro,trams and buses to get around the city.

Bien situé c'est certain.

Bien accueillies. Logement qui n a pas un superficie de 100m2 mais pour quatre cela suffit encore mieux pour deux. La terrasse est un atout mais il faudrait y mettre un parasol pour profiter d un peu d ombre à partir de 12h30. Sinon c est parfait.
