The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Two showers with WC complete this level. On the lower ground floor, you will discover one double bedroom with a french bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm and one double sofabed measuring 135 cm by 190 cm, along with digital TV and international TV channels. This bedroom provides direct exit to the patio. An additional open kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and dining table is also located on this floor, along with a shower and WC.
