This is a PARTY Hotel…be warned and ask if anyone is having a birthday party. I was able to hear how the neighbors bragged how they had permission from the manager so they should not worry about the noise. After 10 pm you would think they should stop being outside talking and of course slamming doors, but they didn’t. Im sure they are good kids, just there to party and even though I talked to them, it did not help. Neither did management when I complained. Of course they spoke to them but it didn’t work. Even when the cops showed up as soon as the cops left they were back causing noise problems. Things didn’t quiet down until 12:30 am. If I could’ve slept in that would have been nice but I needed to be up at 4. Defiantly not a place to stay if you want quiet and rest. Hopefully they washed down the visit on the sidewalk left by the neighbors of mine

I paid in full on Friday it’s Monday and the merchant still hasn’t released my deposit. I returned the room to them on the day of check out, they have had 2 days new renters in the unit since then and I still haven’t received my money back. It doesn’t take two days to check the room for damage, especially since it was placed in service to rent the same day. What is the hold up
