A word of caution to those who may experience any delay with checking in for your stay (due to airline fault): long story short, my husband and I missed our check in day due to numerous flight delays that ultimately lead to us not being able to arrive for check in until the following day of our booking. The airline had to unexpectedly provide us with overnight hotel accommodations and meal vouchers due to the delay. We tried our best to communicate with the property between the overnight chaos of an unplanned and confusing rerouted flight and shuttle but had been informed that there was no manager on duty speak with. When we finally arrived the following day, we had been informed our booking had been canceled, was non transferable and we would have to rebook at that time. We had no choice as we were exhausted from the prior flight ordeal and figured it most convenient to just go ahead a rebook instead of trying to find another hotel in an unfamiliar area. We were informed the property could not issue a refund on the original booking and we would have to get a refund through our booking agent (Expedia). Spoke with Expedia who stated the refund would have to receive approval from the property and so the runaround continued our entire week stay. It wasn’t until we had checked out that we received email from Expedia stating the property would not issue a refund (although we did rebook with the property once we finally arrived due to a situation no fault to us)

I like the pool and hot tub. The room cleanness was ok. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable even for a child and the sofa was very dirty too such as pillows. They provide room service every other day but in my 5 day stay they only serviced my room one time even though I called desk twice to remind them that my room was not serviced when it should have and they still didnt do it. I called 2 times to ask and was confirmed it would get done and it didnt get done. The carpets were dirty too and it smelled funny but for the price its you get what you pay for.
