It was just OK esp for a doubletree

Tv wasn’t working multiple times, had maintenance come check it out but when I explained it happens throughout shows or movies he said just call me when it happens. Problem was we weren’t in our room during the day so each night we could not watch tv. I was told to reach out to third party to get a partial refund. Otherwise food was mediocre at best!! 3/5

I was surprised that my reservation was not honored because I opted to pay in the property. So, we didn’t have a room when we get there. I wanted to commend Daniel, who tried his best to get us a room and we were upgraded. It’s my first time in my whole life of booking and when I get to the hotel, I was told we don’t have a room. It was a very sad experience because our flight was delayed and we arrived in the hotel at midnight and no room for us.

Never again!

What a terrible experience, mattress too small for the bedframe, my fiancé actually bumped his leg into the bed frame and cut himself. Sewer smell in the bedroom, cabinet door disconnected leading to the mini fridge, AC wasn’t working management had to have a technician come fix it. This is just a overall bad experience for three days.

The bathroom door slider was broken and would not shut all the way. They did not give us the room i paid for and the floor in front of the frig was soaked and very wet. Not what i was expecting from the Doubletree Hotel.
