The staff were great. Polite and helpful. The pool area was clean. The hotel overall was quiet. They offer breakfast at a price and 24/7 room service. Onsite laundry ($2 wash $2 dryer) There were several stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel does not have parking. $48 Valet option. I did find parking at the Orange St Parking Structure for $12 a day, there are several other parking options in the area ranging from $15-$54 from what I saw.

Hard Pass

The front desk lady (so rude) said I didn’t pay, even though having the receipt from hotels.com showing I paid in full. The front desk (guy) said I had to call Hotels.com to straighten it out, but no one would check me in. The guy made me step aside while he checked another person in. I believe the time frame was nearly an hour of back and forth with the front desk before he magically was able to charge the Expedia card on file. Besides that, the front desk was never welcoming, and the valet parking is ridiculous. Can take up to 20 min from when you request your car and it was almost $150 for 3 nights, and they clearly expect you to tip each time.
