Mediocre

The customer service was excellent, Mrs Marie was super nice and accommodating. However the room itself is okay but the bathroom was lack luster, there’s a black spot on the shower curtain indicating possible mold. There’s also present crack on the bathroom tile.

Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were excellent and changed slightly daily. The hotel was quiet too. Nice setting to sit outside near the pool to eat breakfast.

I had 3 room, 3 reservations over - 18 days. As I’ve said I really like this hotel. All things together got the ratings-issues 1. Why in a nice coffee bar would you have sugar and pink as the only options for sweetener. One is terrible and the other is alleged to increase some cancers. What about-green, blue or yello? 2. Washers and dryers. Almost all hotels/motels accept credit cards-so it’s easy and no fumbling with cash. Not here-you have to go get $6.00 in quarters for a wash/dry cycle. The machines work -clean area. 3. The phone stem would turn on every night the blinking red light-indicating a message. It was a mistake-employees had to individually clear all lights individually for 216 rooms, very funny, annoying, disruptive to sleep and costly in manpower. 4,

I/We really like the property, and generally the staff, minus a couple of “customer unfriendly,comments/answers.”Basically I had 3 reservations covering 18 nights at the property. Some of the nights I had 2 sons and 2 of their friends with us. There are a lot of dogs that stay there. 4 days, nights the dog next door would bark for a minute or two, and anytime another dog went down the hallway. I had 4 separate rooms, 3 of them required me to remove and fix the bathroom stoopers as the water wouldn’t drain. I discovered that what looks to be a great design where it can be removed easily, it also plugged eadily. This would be a prime chance for the room cleaning team to clean after “any” guest left the property. In 1 of the 4 rooms, the toilet seat was loose and I had to reach under and hand tighten. On Monday, I awoke to a horrible smell of burnt toast. I wondered why? When I went to breakfast the premier breakfast item wasn’t offered. I asked the attendant, she didn’t speak english, but said No Waffles. I asked again, same answer, no waffles. I like-waffle's, the setup is great and I enjoy making fresh and hot waffle's. I proceeded to front desk, they didn’t know about the problem, 35 feet away, but determined that they had run out of pre-mixed batter. It was Monday . So I asked why? This is when I was told “ we were busy and we only get deliveries 1 time a month.” I’m out of space..in short, I asked how they would fox, they said they would call and try to fix.
