Toenail clippings were all over the carpet infront of the bed and piles of hair were on the pillow cases. I complained twice about the unsanitary conditions and nothing was done. Had to change our own sheets. Spoke to the Manager, Jaqueline Wynters, who defended her cleaning staff, never apologized for the unsanitary conditions, and was extremely rude. I've NEVER had problems like this at any hotel we've stayed at. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER stay here. The Owner of this hotel, needs to tour the hotel and make some serious changes with the cleaning staff and management.

Well, when I got there they sprang the $25 pet fee on me which is total crap in my opinion. The front desk clerk was all business and not very friendly, but she was efficient. Maybe she was having a bad day.
