The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. The room we had (which I paid for an executive room) had chipped paint on many tiles in the bathroom, the mixer tap/shower didn't work very well, the bath was not very clean and the air con in the room was so loud it was difficult to sleep. Bed were comfy at least.

The hotel lobby and common areas are stunning, very beautiful . The rooms however are outdated, not well maintained. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was below expectations, repetitive, limited options and the service was slow. Parking is $70/day It did not meet the quality we expected.
