Parking gets packed in the back even on Sunday & Monday nights. Clean rooms but the showers are real small and there's not much showerhead control, the water will splash everywhere so you can't really leave hair product or body soap on for a few seconds. The water will spill out of the shower especially because their shower curtain is so flimsy and thin. I was place in the back but you can only use the stairs from the front side and walk to the back making it inconvenient. The mini fridge was standard but it was wobbly. The bed was comfortable enough but there's only two pillows that won't provide much support for one person, let alone 2. The staff is on it trying to enforce rules which they have plenty of and if you want to use the pool you have to go ask them to open the door. It was relatively quiet but it was raining when I was there and no housekeeping for my 2 night stay because they only have them cleaning on some days. What really bothered me is that they save the disabled parking spot closest to the stairs for specific people with a cone. I parked there for 1 minute to go back to and grab something from my room and within 10 seconds the staff was coming out of the office to tell me to move, when I told her it'll be quick, she's calling me in the room but the guy that was smoking all day long by my room was allowed to do so even though they supposedly don't allow it and there was a camera right in front of him. And the bottom of the stairs flood so you'll def get wet

This hotel was filthy. The sheets hadn't been changed and there was a child's footprint on the sheet, there were hair in the beds and there was the shedding of what looked like a bug during our search for bed bugs. We did not stay the office was quick to refund our money and were very pleasant and understanding during the process
