Room wasn’t so bad but the surrounding was terrible, you had trash and peddlers everywhere, the elevator work going down but going up, poor lighting, no towels in the room you have to call the office and pick it up there, we were not informed about this when we checked inn.

It was the worst place I ever stayed at in safe the lobby smelled bad and the room was even worst the bed sheets had holes in them I had booked 2 night I stuck it out the first night and checked out didn’t care about losing my money don’t stay there

I have stayed at Ramada hotels the past decade in Canada and the hotel always looked as it did in the pictures. This hotel did not. The room was dirty with an extremely old air conditioner. The bedsheets were stained with what appears to be dirt or dried blood (I have photos). This was a very disappointing stay, I was considering finding another hotel but could not as it was already late in the evening and other hotels were fully booked.

Room was very small property look kind of rundown staff was not friendly room was not clean, even though there was nothing put out for them not to clean it The first day there it was almost no hot water. It was very warm.

Cleaners need to do a second look

There was some rubbish left on the floor and rang reception no one answered the call. We just decided to pick it up and throw them in the bin.
