Easy to check in and was able to check in hours earlier than 3pm. We were able to get a room on the outside of the hotel with a private staircase to the parking area. The pool was clean and they offered clean towels in the pool area. Staff were accommodating and polite. The breakfast and any food or drinks was not complementary you did have to pay for it. However if you did not want to the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants. Room service was only upon request which I enjoyed personally. Beds were a bit hard and same with the pillows. Overall great stay would book again.

This is a clean room, mine was ADA compliant, so a giant wheel in shower with a bench. The provided robe was a bit rough, scratchy, and the room is not completely soundproof, however upstairs I was likely more annoying to others than they were to me. I had one minor issue with my Keruig and the staff replaced it quickly. I did not try the breakfast, as I had a breakfast date. I did enjoy the coffee offerings and creamers, far better than many places I've stayed. I wish id arrived early enough to use the pool and spa, they looked inviting! However my delayed flight caused me to arrive after they closed up. 🙃 Over-all 4.5 and I would stay again, looking for a lower price point* without breakfast.

The Cove is a great hotel. The staff is friendly and they are really efficient. The room was clean and spacious and the ac worked great. The Cove is also close to a lot of fun things to do. Definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly, the pool was not crowded, the rooms were spacious. They were having plumbing problems while we were there, which was beyond their control and they did their best to make us happy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The neighborhood is full of fast food places, so we had to drive over to 2nd street for a nice dinner.

Overall, the hotel was decent. But the most important aspect of al hotel for myself is the bed as the sleeping portion is a big reason for staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, for the price, the bed and pillows were not appropriate.

The room was great and decent until I went to use the restroom at night and a huge cockroach was on the sink. Huge! I did not use it. Left the light on and went to lay down. The next no morning, my partner didn’t see it and I used the restroom as normal. But as we were packing up, a huge cockroach on the side of the bed area! He took pictures. It was disgusting. I alerted the staff on the way out and they refunded the parking. I would’ve liked some additional discount for this. Not using the restroom all night, thinking about this. Otherwise, staff was nice and friendly. Bartender was great.
