Not spectacular but perfect for a night before a cruise. Room is clean but the lighting was not the best. Room was a little dark. It is perfect for catching a cruise the next day. Free transportation to the port.

I stayed at property 2 nights first night was ok tv didnt work second night was noisy neighbors fighting and busted out windows in their room they kept me up most of the night and then the repair to the window started at 8 am and woke me up I called the front desk to complain about repair noise they stopped but i was up and ready to leave at this point no compensation offered

Room smelled. Paint chipping all over and the walls had paint patches area from spot painting. There was old garbage under the bed from previous people. My toddler ran barefoot for 30 mins after entering the room and his feet were NASTY BLACK. Idk if they are mopping the floors with the same mops I seen them mopping outside with. But it all kinda makes sense. I woke up with bites all over my arms and chest.

Bathtub was peeling, around the door not sealed so lets in noise , light and felt unsafe. Also room looked like it had not been dusted in weeks as there was a pile up of dust on the door ridges. Also although room was ready we were asked to pay an extra $18 to check in early and there was no place to store luggage until check in. Couldnt wait to get out of there - 1 night stay

Staff was very helpful when we needed some help with the heating. Good to have coffee/tea in the front lobby and a continental (albeit sugary pastry) breakfast. Convenient to have free shuttle service to the cruise port.
