Attic chalet with Private Terrace , sea and sunset views
The accommodation is accessed by stairs and a terrace, which serves as a service to the main house and the attic. On one side of the terrace, there are stairs (15 steps), which lead to the private terrace of 25 square meters. In it you will find hammocks, a rest area composed of a terrace chair and table, and a high table with stools to enjoy meals, while observing the sea, the stars and the local birds. The terrace also has a clothesline and an umbrella. From the terrace, you access the attic, whose roof descends on the sides. The attic is a studio type, and in its 35 square meters you will have everything you need for a stay on the island: full bathroom with shower, closet, 135 cm wide bed, work area with a window in the ceiling to let in light. be direct, flat screen TV, wifi, full kitchen with all the necessary utensils.
From the accommodation you can access coastal trails: Sendero de San Pedro (50 m from the accommodation) Sendero de Los Roques (400 m from the accommodation). These trails have access to virgin beaches (La Fajana, Los Roques). At 300m there are bus and taxi stops, as well as a commercial area where you can enjoy restaurants, cafes, shops, butchers, fruit shops, etc.
It is the ideal place to rest at night, away from noise and close to the stars, since there is no light pollution, and you can see with the naked eye the constellations in the sky, listening to the sea, since it is located 300 meters from the home. And to enjoy during the day, the coming and going of the birds in the area (herons, partridges, canaries, kestrels, etc.) and the most beautiful sunsets in the north of the island.
