The room wasn’t what it displayed on photo. Covers had cigarette burns in them as well as ashes on the floor. Bed was hard and when trying to use stove it smoked bad. I checked out in hours due to unsatisfactory. Would love a refund

Adequate room, what amenities...sheets,towels and soap? Desk hours close too early and when asked about resturants, didn't know about much in the area. No listing of area places to eat. This is a bed and bath only.

The whole place smells like cat pee and when I went to check into the room realized they gave my room away with two double beds and was stuck with one bed and my friend had to go buy air mattress, blankets and a pillow. Will not stay there again.

The room was very unclean and the overall the envitoment felt very cold. Like being in a dirty hospital.

Staff friendly, room clean

Room was clean and staff were all friendly. A few things they could improve on but nothing that is a deal breaker as to whether to stay again. 1) They don’t have an ice machine but that’s bc they have a full size refrigerator. Well, if you don’t have an ice machine then you need to make sure to put water in the ice trays prior to a guest arrival. Super frustrating when I wanted a cold drink and couldn’t make myself one bc the ice trays had no ice and there was no ice machine. I had to put water in the trays myself and wait for them to freeze. 2.) They were super stingy with the towels. They literally gave me two wash rags and two towels, that’s it — no hand towels. Also, no complimentary anything. I only say that bc I accidentally brought with me two conditioners so I had no shampoo. I figured there would be a complimentary one in the bathroom, as most places have that and they did not. They gave me one small bar of soap. 3.) No trash can for the bathroom — that is also a little aggravating. As I said above, these are just things they could improve on but it’s not a reason for me not to stay again.

Room purchased month's in advance not available. Car's with flat tires parked in the spaces. Lobby and elevators smelled off urine. Room was very dirty. Floors were sticky

The property over all is clean and with some guest doing a more longer stay than others maybe a better system of being top of cleaning elevators besides just one time in the mornings and just some all around better dryers that your clothes are completely not as wet when you put them in.

This property is in terrible condition, there’s mold, cockroaches, and filth and trash in the parking lots. Non running vehicles and worse. The smell of cigarette smoke is unbearable in the hallways and even our rooms that were non smoking. Overall the condition of this hotel is a 1 on the scale of 10. We would have checked out if we had the option with our group.
