Modern 2 bedroom apartment located in a new apartment building close to Falesia Beach. This apartment has capacity for 4 people.
The apartment is open plan, so you have fantastic views of both the communal swimming pool and garden from the sitting and dining areas, and the kitchen. At the rear of the apartment is a large terrace, providing outdoor seating along with two deck chairs and a barbecue.
There are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the second with two single beds. The main double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second shared bathroom.
The accommodation is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, internet (Wi-Fi), television, hair dryer and air conditioning throughout the apartment. A dedicated parking space is provided in the underground garage.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
