Private Villa, Hillside, Sea View in Quiet Area, Own Pool, 20 min to the Beach

Our villa is located in the hills overlooking Vilamoura within walking distance of the historic traditional Algarve village of Boliqueime and 4 lovely restaurants. We have orchards on both sides of the property and grazing land in the fore ground where you will often find a herd of goats and sheep with bells.

The name 'Casa dos Sonhos' means 'House of Dreams' and we really hope you will find it is your dream holiday home.

To reach our villa you will pass along small drystone wall lined single tract roads overhung with olive and carob trees. At night we can hear owls and at first light song birds fill the air with their calls. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the spot, but if you want to have a day at the beach or a night on the town were close enough for an Uber or self drive.

The property has both a wood burning fire for the winter and a wood burning BBQ for alfresco eating, wood is provided in with the fee. The pool is attended to twice a week and the garden once a week. The garden and house is fed from our own bore hole and the drinking water is filtered by a reverse osmosis water purification system, which means you do not need to buy bottled water.

All our bedrooms have AC and if you're staying in winter the largest en-suite has full under floor heating. The villa is home for 10 months a year and is only let in the peak summer period and Christmas and New Year when we will go back to the UK to see our family. As a result you will be renting our beautiful home and not just a property only available to let.
