Villa Vivara is an elegant holiday home located in a prestigious area of Vilamoura, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and a peaceful setting to enjoy the Algarve.



The open plan living and dining area is bright and spacious, with direct access to the garden, creating an inviting space for relaxing and socialising throughout the day.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, offering a practical and comfortable option for guests who prefer easy access.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with bathtub, providing a more private and pleasant atmosphere, with access to a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool.



On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds en suite with shower, ensuring additional privacy and comfort for larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped, practical and functional, designed to make meal preparation easy during the stay.



Outside, Villa Vivara features a private terrace with a lounge area and an outdoor dining space with barbecue, perfect for relaxed meals. Direct access to the garden and the shared pool completes the outdoor experience in a calm and pleasant environment.



Villa Vivara is located in the Alto do Golfe Urbanisation in Vilamoura, in a quiet and sought after area, close to the beach, the marina, golf courses, restaurants and a wide range of leisure options.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Modern villa close to the beach offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
