The bed was the worst bed I’ve slept in in a very long time. Terrible night sleep. The mattress was a very hard, spring style mattress. The staff was “different”. I wouldn’t say they were rude, but they definitely weren’t centered around hospitality like you would normally see at a hotel. The lady behind the counter had a cell phone on speaker phone with the volume on high, walking around. It was just obnoxious and couldn’t hear the guy at the front desk. Everything else was great, but that was enough for me to never go back

I would definitely stay here again! My hubby did not like the breakfast one morning that he went down to try it out. Buttt omg the shower and the water pressure and water temperature was 10/10 I don’t know if it was just the room we had or it was the whole hotel but it was great!

When I made the reservation on the website, it said that pets were allowed and when I got to the property very late that night I was told that my dogs couldn’t stay so I booked another hotel that didn’t set pets. I was willing to pay for the night that I didn’t stay the next day. I asked for a refund for that night and they refused to refund. I always stay at the Wingate cause they’re usually a very nice hotel but I would never stay at one gate again and I will tell all my friends and relatives.

Didn't like how many times I was charged when I checked in first day 630.00, then the next day was charged 378.00 and 294.30. I wasn't even staying in a 3 star hotel. When I asked at the front desk the lady said we didn't charge you anything call you're bank and I did , they had all the charges. Hopefully I won't stay with y'all again. Also the beds look like someone had lay on them . Bad all around!!

Great service, poor hotel

I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was wonderful, but the condition of this hotel is awful. We were on the second floor, and there was what felt like a hole in it, covered with carpet. We also had this in our room. Additionally, there was such a large gap between the door and the frame that we went out to Walmart to buy a door bar because the deadbolt was not connecting well.
