Location is good, 10 mins walk from train station and the city center. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked in early without extra fee. Breakfast is included, it is simple and good. Restaurant is on site, if you walk few minutes, then you can find more dining options.

Overall a good stay here, staff were very helpful. The location is good, very close to the old town and 10 mins walk from the train station or plenty of buses. The room was fine, spacious but a bit dated. Could do with some form of refresh as looked tired. Cleanliness wasnt an issue but it just looked very dated. I had breakfast next day, very big array of food available and tasty stuff too. Overall not bad, but for the price point would've expected a bit more.

This was a unique hotel giving you the feeling of being in Switzerland and not simply in a room anywhere. My only criticism would be of the rather abrupt young man who maned the front desk in the am. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights. Basic hotel in downtown Lucerne, very close to old city. The free breakfast was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful warm and helpful staff. Wonderful location. Very good breakfast, limited off street parking. Charming and well maintained and run facility. The only thing preventing me giving perfect score is the poor quality mattress. But they did the best they could. I would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay whilst in Luzern. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Should we return to Luzern we would check availability. A short walk the Train station and easily accessible via a very brief trip on the local transportation options. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The hotel is is a walkable area for a lot of great dining options. The front desk staff was very nice but it didn't make up for the overall experience. The room was equipped with a fan, that was broken, and when I asked for a new one the second one also made weird creaking noises and didn't oscilate. The shower cap in the bathroom had a large hole in it. The breakfast that was included was not very good and I opted not to have it after the first day. Candidly, a few small upgrades like new fans, better bathroom amenities, and improved food would have made this a great stay. This was one of three places I stayed on my trip and I would look for somewhere different next time in Luzern.

Room had no heating for two nights AT THE END OF DECEMBER in 2024, which would be ILLEAGAL in many places around the world. Called the front desk and obviously they knew the situation. But instead of being proactive and honest to their clients, they didn’t offer any solutions until we reached out. We asked for a portable heater and were told “We do not have enough portable heaters.” I was literally searching other hotels while they were probably debating whether or not to offer us one portable heater because it’s already the second night without heating and we could’ve died there. Eventually they offered us one portable heater and additional blankets. The room was extremely dry with the portable heater and the portable heater was really noisy. It was so heavy with double blankets, and we didn’t sleep well at all. I would never come back again or recommend this hotel for anyone.
