Our room was upgraded to lake view. Breakfast buffet had many choices and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly.

The hotel is modern, it’s located in the heart of the city and short walking distance to Lugano lake. Closed to the hotel there are many designer boutiques (luxury clothing brands), also behind the hotel there is a cable care for going up to the train station. If you are coming to Lugano by train, you just take the cable car for going down the city center. Regarding hotel staff, they are very decency and friendly.
