This was perfect for our one night in Kirksville. It was super expense, clean, good location and friendly/helpful man at front desk. Minimal, but had everything we needed.

Warm welcome - Clean rooms - excellent air conditioning - large rooms - huge parking space - amazing breakfast ( Eggs, Bacon, Waffles, variety of fruits, juices, breads). Highly recommend this hotel and you will enjoy the experience. The front desk person is outstanding and help you to answer questions.

Very friendly staff, everything was clean and the flooring and paint are all new. Breakfast was good. Price was great. But it is an outdated building, the AC unit is so loud it was hard to watch TV, and there are electronic slot machines in the lobby, which gives an unsavory vibe to the place. Super convenient location for visiting Truman, though.

The room was nice and clean. The housekeeping staff was very polite. There is no elevator and I was put on the 3rd floor and I am over 60 years old so it was a lot of stairs for someone my age. I have no idea how someone older or handicapped would access the upper floors with no elevator but overall is was a decent hotel for a good price.

The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, but without a hair dryer. When I was checking out and mentioned the lack of a hair dryer, the attendant said that I should ask for one next time.

This hotel was very basic. It has been renovated recently which is nice but it is nothing amazing. It was fine enough for a two night stay with my family of 5. I did not like how the floor in the living/sleeping space was not carpeted. It was like a hard surface. It made the room feel “cold and not cozy”. The beds were comfortable. There was a bit of what looked like black mold in the shower area towards the ceiling so that needs looked at. Definitely not a room you want to relax or stay in long but it is fine for a good nights sleep. Darkening shades were nice.
