Welcome to your new temporary home in Madrid! Located in a building dedicated exclusively to studios on the vibrant Camino Viejo de Leganés street, this accommodation combines the privacy of an individual apartment with the comfort of a hotel.
Designed for both tourist getaways and business trips, our studio stands out for three key factors: impeccable cleanliness, complete equipment (including TV and amenities) and the enormous advantage of having free private parking in the same building. Come in, park and relax: we'll take care of the rest.
Space: Intelligent Design and Guaranteed Rest
We have optimised every square metre of this studio so that you can enjoy spaciousness during the day and restorative rest at night.
Living and Bedroom Area: The heart of the studio features two high-end sofa beds. Forget about old sofa beds; these models have been selected for their robustness and quality mattresses to ensure you sleep as well as in a traditional bed.
Flexible configuration: Ideal for couples, work colleagues or friends. You can both use it to sleep separately or set up the space according to your needs.
During the day, fold them easily to enjoy a spacious living room where you can watch TV or plan your route through Madrid.
Kitchen and Dining Area: You have an integrated kitchen area (kitchenette) equipped with everything necessary to prepare breakfasts, light dinners, or simply enjoy a coffee in the morning before heading out.
Private Bathroom: Modern, clean and functional. It has good water pressure and constant hot water for a relaxing shower at the end of the day.
