The staff we're brilliant. They looked after me and my family. Good location which is near some local areas for food and the retiro park. Taxis are located outside hotel. The rooms and interior were clean and modern and good for families. The bar and food was excellent.

I've stayed at this hotel for over a decade. It's convenient to tourist areas if you're willing to walk or take transportation. But it's not in the tourist area, which makes it more comfortable with local restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms are really quiet, clean and comfortable.

I've been staying at this hotel for 15 years, and will always choose it. It's now just 1 building instead of 2, so book ahead! It's in an area that has lots of restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores. Also, excellent access to public transportation. My only frustration on this trip was the wi-fi. There were times when it would go out every couple of minutes, and that's unacceptable in the year 2025.

A quiet hotel on the east side of the city, but within walking distance of Retiro Park. We bought metro cards and regularly used the station just a few minutes walk from the hotel so the location worked for us. Breakfast was very good - lots of options. Only annoyance is that I can’t collect IHG points because I booked via Expedia.
