I picked the hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. But it was better than I thought it would be. The facilities are beautiful and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Todo excelente, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias e insonoras, restaurante bueno, en varios aspectos supera las expectativas. Único detalle quizá fue lo complicado del transporte público para alguien que viajó a Madrid por primera vez, pero usar Uber lo simplifica. Así que 100% recomendado.

Aweful service, heating in our room didn't work had to go to the front desk 4 times until they switched our room, the next day the shuttle was full and they didnt let us in even though we asked to take the shuttle at that specific hour when we checked in. The next shuttle was in 1.5 hours - how can an airport hotel have the next airport shuttle in only 1.5hours??? AVOID

The location is not ideal to anything. You will have to uber everywhere. Definitely stay down or near market areas as for the five days there we spent about 300 US dollars on going back and forth and it was not worth it. The hotel is okay though.

Clean chic room, doesn’t have a safe though. Stayed here for just one night in between flights. Served its purpose and is about a 25 minute cab ride to downtown if you have time to explore between flights. The shuttle to and from is super convenient and included with the stay. Just make sure you check the shuttle hours, on the weekend it’s limited hours.

Check in was very slow. The lobby is poorly designed with check in next to the bar, so the area is a zoo. The room’s AC did not work and so we had to open the window because it was so hot. But with the window open it was very loud and hard to sleep. The bathroom design was terrible and water from the shower essentially flooded the bathroom. Verily poorly designed hotel. Would not stay here again.

This is a good hotel, cool design, clean and good amenities and atmosphere. However, the airport shuttle service is not to standard. It's not available for a few hours in the afternoon and chaotic when it's available. I hope that this could improve because it's not up to standard you'd expect from ananairport hotel.
