Close to airport, kid friendly and very clean!

Beautiful and clean hotel very close to the Madrid airport. Nice that they offer free shuttle every 30 mins from airport to hotel and vice versa. Big buffet breakfast with delicious food choices. Loved the complimentary drinks in the room was a nice touch. Even gave the kids coloring books and crayons. Would stay here again.

Free shuttle to and from the airport. Really nice property with a great breakfast. Only downside really is that it’s a fairly long drive from downtown, but you at least get to see some great architecture if you do catch a ride into the city.

Well, everything was OK but there are couple things I don't liked, both were at breakfast, one day I found a piece of plastic mixed with the ham and the other day with the same plate of ham I found a long hair wrapped, in 6 days only this details that is easy to fix, beside that, everything was nice.
