The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, accommodating up to four guests, and a small balcony with a table, perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts.

La Latina Life is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant temperature year-round. Additionally, the apartment offers free high-speed WiFi, ideal for remote workers.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, diswasher and a full selection of utensils and tableware. There is also a ground coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

La Latina Life includes a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of studying or working in the city.

Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed with bedding and a wardrobe for storing clothes. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower, and we provide towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

Getting to the Apartment:
From the Airport:

By taxi: Fixed fare of €33.
By metro: Take Line 8from the airport, transfer at Colombia to Line 9to Núñez de Balboa, then transfer to Line 5 to Puerta de Toledo. From there, it's a short walk.
From Atocha Train Station:

Take Line 1, transfer at Gran Víato Line 5, get off at Puerta de Toledo, then walk a few minutes.
From Chamartín Train Station:

Take Line 10, transfer at Alonso Martínez to Line 5, then get off at Puerta de Toledo and walk to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in the nearby parking garages. For more information on environmental restrictions and permitted parking areas, please check the Madrid City Council website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Please note that there is only one air conditioner in the living room; the bedrooms are equipped with fans.
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
