You make it very difficult for seniors changing the flight contently it has been a nightmare and exsosting and very uncomfortable never again very disappointed with your staff no help by phone in the airport at all and now sitting at the airport to travel to Tampa final destination.

Rooms are worn down, there’s no room service either. Bathrooms were also worn down but mostly clean, often without soap. With only 3 bathrooms per floor you have to time your showers. Facing the noisy street and non-automatic lights in the hallway did affect the quality of rest. Staff was friendly

The location was great, but the upkeep of the place seems unimportant. There were broken tiles and flooring coming up in the bathrooms, the window was very drafty with the wind. I didn’t love that my bedroom door was IN the kitchen and the kitchen had a mishmash of dishes and silverware with random parts of things. Also it was a bit cold at night with only a sheet.

Beautiful room. Terrible bathroom situation - so smelly, they need their plumbing redone. Smelt like piss all the time and the showers didn’t have warm or hot water, stayed two days only had one shower because didn’t want to spend time in smelly cold shower bathroom! Good location though, right in the centre so easy to get to prominent places

This is a budget hotel nothing more nothing less. A few issues where the fan in the room didnot work, the front desk at 4pm had one person working and 8/9 guest trying to check in, It was a nightmare trying to book into a prepaid room.

Este hotel es horrible. Una experiencia fatal. Los baños sucios y muy apestosos. Se fue el agua y no hubo un plan para resolver con tan siquiera una botella de agua. La habitación llena de mucho polvo y los enchufes de electricidad dañados para cargar los celulares. En fin, una terrible experiencia. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Nuestra estancia fue muy mala. No es para nada parecido a lo que te muestran online. Cuando llegas es edificio súper viejo y las habitaciones parecen hospedajes estudiantil. El baño siempre estuvo sucio y con fuerte olor a pis, nunca hubo agua caliente cuando se lo informamos al agente nos indicó que verificáramos los otros dos baños del mismo piso lo cual verificamos y no había agua caliente. De hecho cuando hicimos check in otro huésped se quejó de lo mismo. La propiedad se muy vieja y deteriorada. La habitación tiene un solo ventilador de Techo y tienes que dar 10€ de depósito y es como único puedes prender el ventilador (luego te devuelven los 10€) lo hacen por malas experiencias con otros clientes que no lo devuelven el control del ventilador. En la habitación se escucha TODO fue muy incómodo ya que las luces del pasillo entraban a la habitación y siempre estaba iluminada y no podíamos descansar a parte del ruido de los otros huéspedes cada vez que entraban o salían de sus habitaciones se escuchaban las puertas súper fuerte al cerrarlas o abrirlas. Una mañana se escuchaba súper fuerte la conversación de una empleada con otra persona. Me da la impresión que le dan prioridad y sobre todo toman su tiempo a contestar cada comentario que dejan los huéspedes en vez de darle prioridad a arreglar la propiedad y sus alrededores. Puntos positivo 1. Patricia una empleada muy buena siempre estuvo muy ajorada tratando lo mejor posible de atender a todos a la vez. 2. Localidad

This was really a fabulous value and an excellent location! However, being on the sixth floor and an elevator that rarely worked did make it challenging for the 62-year-old. The staff were amazing. Despite not being very tidy clean, mostly due to guests leaving towels on the floor, etc. I would probably stay here again since I’m such as cheapskate lol & again location is fabulous for the value!
