We were flying out of Madrid, so I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and for the airport shuttle. As it turned out, the hotel was also top-notch in comfort, aesthetics, and dining. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel seemed really pretty on pictures. It was really pretty upon driving up. Got to our room on the 5th floor(top floor). The windows were slanted and tiny, weirdest thing ever. There was mold in the shower. Went to eat dinner in the restaurant. It was a 2 hour ordeal. My sister got a burger, it was raw, got another one, still way undercooked- so switched it to lasagna. So we got 2 lasagnas, and a bottle of water. The bill was $70!!! It was average lasagna at best. I will say the waitress named Laura was excellent until it got very busy and the other men on duty didn’t do half as much work or hustle half as much as she did.

The hotel was beautiful and amazing quality for the money. The staff was very easy to work with at check-in, and they got it signed up for the airport shuttle very quickly and easily. There was a very nice restaurant with really good food, and the rooms were very comfortable. The shower was very nice and so were the beds, and everything looked very nice and clean.

This hotel turned out to be a real gem. Everything feels new, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained, which immediately sets a relaxing tone the moment you walk in. The quality of sleep was exceptional-quiet rooms, comfortable bedding, and zero hallway noise, which is rare even in higher-end places. The staff deserves a mention too: professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant without being intrusive. You get the sense that they take pride in their work, and it shows in all the small details. Overall, it’s the kind of stay that makes you think, “Why can’t every hotel be like this?” Clean, modern, calm, and run by people who clearly know what they’re doing. Highly recommended.

We've stayed in Melias before so we chose the hotel based on reliability. The room was clean, lovely luxurious bedding and we had an exceptional nights sleep! The breakfast buffet was incredible, so much choice, great quality ingredients - we may have had 2 or 3 plates each! The only downside was that we struggled getting in contact with the hotel. Prior to our stay, we were asked to check in but the internet links provided didnt work. We emailed 3x times to explain this but had no response, we were unable to book our airport shuttle and getting from the airport took us 1hr 30 minutes, the metro and a taxi. Being 20 weeks pregnant this was really hard work. It was a shame that we couldnt have arranged this as it was another reason we booked the hotel. Apart from the lack of communication we would stay again.
